Getting There: Lady Talbot Drive is off Woods Point Road in Marysville. If coming from the Maroondah Highway, turn right at the roundabout once you’re in the Marysville township and Lady Talbot Drive will be on the left soon after.
Comments: We went straight after rain and the path was slippery and muddy in parts but nothing too hard… Except the leeches! I always wear shorts on my walks and this is the first time I’ve seen it as a big mistake! Every 20 metres I would look down at my legs and see a leech sucking away… So if you don’t like leeches, beware!
Keppel Falls was beautiful and the views along the way were pretty nice too.
Hi Neil, I know this is quite an old post of yours, but we did this nice little walk on the weekend after finding it on your website when researching for walks around Marysville. We also did the short 800m return walk up to Phantom Falls along the same road, both were lovely. Thanks again for this great resource!
My pleasure, Kylie! The short walks along Lady Talbot Drive are some of my favourites. The waterfalls and creeks are just gorgeous! Glad you enjoyed. 🙂
Cheers
Neil
